Andrew & Penny are the leaders of Exchange Church Belfast. They live in East Belfast with their 3 children and have extensive experience in local church.

Andrew comes from a business background and has been actively involved in local church for many years in leading and teaching.In 2009 they felt God calling them to step out and plant a church that shares the message of hope and grace that God has put on their hearts.

"We have sensed a growing hunger in people to understand the full message of the work of Jesus and to dare to believe that his words are true for today. We believe that the work of Jesus was full and complete for the whole person - spirit, soul and body and today the full life that Jesus talked about is available for all"

Aaron and Jill live in East Belfast with their 2 gorgeous daughters Lily and Josie.

Aaron has been involved in ministry in various churches and is the lead singer and songwriter in the band Bluetree. The band lead worship in Exchange and Aaron has a passion to see the church use worship as the platform from which we go and effect change in this world.

Aaron writes songs that shout about the goodness and greatness of God, as seen in the recent Bluetree Album "God of this City" which reached #1 in the US Christian Retail Charts (March 2009)

Jill has been involved in youth and teaching ministry for a number of years. She is a fantastic communicator whose down to earth, clear bible teaching is a blessing to many. Jill has a desire to see the church take hold of the truth of Gods word so that peoples lives are changed

Peter and Sharon Live in Holywood and have 3 grown sons and one daughter. They have many years experience in all areas of church life. They both act as pastors to the leadership team at Exchange.
